  1. Explanation of the FILES command. It is 
  2. in the CONFIG.SYS.

  4. This command in your CONFIG.SYS file will 
  5. set the number of files that MS-DOS can 
  6. access at one time.

  8. Example:
  9.        If you have a program that needs to 
  10.        open a lot of files at one time to 
  11.        keep running you would have to include
  12.        something like the following in your 
  13.        CONFIG.SYS file:
